Cody and I fished on Thursday ran the beach in the pathfinder  from his house in Bellair to the Sky Way seen a few fish on the beach and check out a serious school of reds.  I seen to Cobia on top by the skyway and he sight casted the smaller of the two which was barely legal.. Showed him a couple more red fish schools we tried the bridge with Grunts and though we had the big dog snook on turno out to be a 4 foot nurse shark crabs were flowing amazing and the tarpon were busting them left and right!  I had to jump on  39 spectre with the crew and catch bait at around 5 we loaded the well with cigars tom tates grunts and runners.  We got the boat fueled up and ready.  My buddy Nick Carter his dad runs the Blackjack 5 and we got number for the stickies for some serious fish.  We got to the boat at 4:30 and got everything ready with rain storms all around us we seen the cells on the news moving north..  Pretty much the way out was 3 to 5 footers and we made it out to 50 miles were shooting for 110 miles but the pounding was brutal rods breaking and baits getting beat up we fishing in about 160 and we got a nice black fin about 30 lbs couple nice jacks gags and some nice king fish and storms around for most of the day we all decided we had enough fun and headed in..  We were all bummed about the weather that was supposed to be 10 knots and 2 foot  and it got up to 6 to 7 foot..  Sweet boat.  We will be doing a serious trip after the loop tourney..
