The day  before Joe Maisano and I were catching bait in John's pass and I was Vertical Jigging a CAL Greenie and I got a cobia up and 6 were around him and Joe hooked up we had a double in the pass on 10 lb braid rods.  Also caught a variety of other good fish pompano,grouper,keeper sea bass while trying to get lady fish.
Tournament day it was Joe his girl Jasmine and myself.  We fished Egmont and first fish was a 13 LB King then we had one get eaten by a spinner shark. Then we had the beast on it almost spooled the reel 2 times and I ran all over the boat and he eventually tail whipped the leader...  Bummer but thats fishing sometimes.  We got 4th Place lady's!
