I went out in the yaks in the morning to take advantage of that super low tide. I pulled over to launch and my good buddy Kevin pulled in with his 2 yaks on top with his day Jack that was in town from up North.  He seen how nice the conditions looked so he changed his original plan and lanced their.  We picked up a bunch of nice trout on top water and Golden Brim Jigs.  Kevin's dad was strictly using fly so Kevin was putting him on nice trout on fly.  I found a good amount of trout and told them where to go and went exploring.   Took me a little while to find them but it paid off.  I made a cast in a hole that looked right and bam nice upper slot fish.  Made another cast and picked up a clone.  Got out and waded on em and ended up landing a total  of 13 smallest being 1 20 incher the rest were clone's being 25-27 inches  nice fat fish.  I was using the golden Brim CAL I also got  them on the stark naked CAL and the avocado red flake. The tide was pushing in and I was satisfied getting em solid for a hour or so I paddled in.  
It was a nice x mas eve!
