More Nice Flounder Are showing up!
Today in the morning my buddy Tim and I planned and getting on some reds first thing in the morning with the super low where we located a big school on Friday's sundown . We picked up a bunch of trout and we Power Pole'd off the boat threw on the waders and started the walk. Tim grabbed a couple small reds and I spooked a big flounder. We got back to the boat and relocated seen a couple big reds real lazy.... Had a couple blow up on the spook and a couple hits on the spoon. They not were real active, when we would see them on the flat the would just slowly swim away. We ended up just calling it early.
My Brother Jamie Called me up and really wanted to take out his girlfriend and he did not have any poles or a cast net so we met up. I grabbed a nice 18 inch flounder and he ended up getting a nice 16 inch flounder. We also caught some small grouper. We called it after an hour or so but we seen a couple other flounder caught.
I headed out to the King Of Beach weigh in met a couple new people and had another fun time with family and friends. The Winner was a 47.8 pounder there was a good amount of fish caught!
