The Mind Blowing Ft. Lauderdale Boat show

Today I  flew over to the boat show over in Ft. Lauderdale to help my buddy Captain Alex of the 43 Cabo I help mate on move the boat after the show.  I arrived around 12:30 and took a cab to the Bahia Mar dropped my bags on the boat and we checked out a bunch off the Viking Sport fish model 61-68's that were amazing.  Then we met with his boss and a Captain of a Mega Yacht he has charter before named Greg.  He knew people that were Captains on other boats that were there so we would meet them and they would give us a tour of their boats.  We checked out about a half dozen of those from 120-160 feet long.  Some had Jacuzzi up on the third floor,  a couple Jet Ski's a Tender boat one had a helicopter on it, another had Gold Sinks, and all pretty much all the boats had a 4-8 person full time crew living on the boat.  It's way to hard to explain how amazing the boats were... The next morning the show was over so all the boats were stacked in with about a foot or two with space in between the boats.  Moving the boats were pretty intense with the strong winds from the storm that was over their with the wind blowing at least 30 miles an hour.  The Galati Crew had it very organized and everyone got out fine.  We moved the boat down through the Inter coastal to Miami and tied her down at one of his buddy's house tight ready for the storm with over a dozen lines.  Cleaned her up and jumped in a rental car and drove back home.  Check out some of these pictures...
